Martial Arts Class Schedule

Please note that our classes are open only to enrolled students at our gym. We don’t permit spectators or visitors without prior approval (the best way to experience our training is to take one of our beginner classes, simply "watching" will not give you a good idea of what it's like to train at our gym). Beginner Class

Whilst evening classes are broken down into 30 minute segments, our recommendation is that students combine these classes into a 60-minute training session e.g., training from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, or 6:30 - 7:30 pm etc., or into a 90-minute training session i.e., 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
